One of the things I look forward to during this time of year are the holiday sets from some of my favourite beauty brands. Not only are the designs limited, but often the product itself is curated specifically for the holiday collections.
I wanted to share in this post and review all of the sets I bought for myself and friends + family this holiday. This isn’t a typical gift guide where I just list items, but rather items that I’ve actually gifted to loved ones or currently using myself. Psst…family + friends, if you received a gift from me (or will) please don’t read this post until after Christmas 😉
All sets can be found at the following retailers. Since these are limited edition, once stock runs out, they won’t be available. So best to order your coveted items once you’ve decided!
Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris Cracker
YSL’s Mon Paris scent has been on rotation from my most used scents lately. This cracker set has the perfume + body lotion of the scent. And can we just take a moment to appreciate how adorable the cracker looks?
Many of you know I’m an avid user of L’OCCITANE products. I love their products so much that I gift quite a few friends products from their holiday collection. This year, my 2 favourite products are the crackers and hand cream set. The crackers have hand creams + body wash in each one, and the design by Castelbajac Paris is beautiful.
Dior’s holiday collection is always highly sought after each year, and sells out quickly even before the end of November. This lip palette is enclosed in an elegant case, a true classic Dior style. All the colours are also perfect for a casual day or evenings that call for an extra dash of pop. There isn’t a colour in this palette that I wouldn’t find suitable.
SK-II Holiday Welcome Set – Special Edition Design By Karan Singh
I bought the regular SK-II welcome kit before (the one with 1 bottle of facial treatment essence, 1 treatment lotion, 1 of their popular masks). This set is a small upgrade from my previous set, with the addition of a popular cream instead of a sheet mask. The radical new age cream is the holy grail for spot correction and minimizing wrinkles. I thought this cream was better suited for my mum, and after using it for a couple weeks she absolutely loves it! She plans to buy the full size version of this product for her skincare routine now. I can’t say enough good things about the treatment essence water, I use it daily for almost a year now and it’s one of the best additions to my skincare collection.
This particular holiday edition is designed by artist Karan Singh. SK-II is known for artist collaborations in the past, and each time their collections are very beautiful!
Jo Malone Hand Cream Trio With London Print
Jo Malone is another brand that I absolutely adore. I mean, every brand I featured in this post are my top favourites, but Jo Malone will always have a special place in my heart. There’s something really special about an English classic. My favourite scent is the English Pear & Freesia. If ya haven’t had a chance to experience that scent yet, I highly recommend!
This trio not only has the most exquisite print of London, but the scents are my frequent go-to’s. Lime Basil & Mandarin, Peony & Blush Suede, English Pear & Freesia. I like that they chose some of the most popular scents for this gift set.
I’ve been using the Shiseido ultimune power infusing serum for over a year now, and recently needed a new bottle. I spotted this set at Sephora and bought it instantly! For the price of one 30ml bottle ($85), the set included a travel size of the benefiance cleansing foam I normally use, as well as 2 new products for me to try, and a pack of cotton pads. Such a great deal!
NARS always nails it each year with their holiday collection. This metallic contouring palette has their most popular cheek products, such as bronzer, blush, and highlighter.
Hope you all enjoyed the post of all my favourite beauty items this holiday! And it might ‘inspire’ you to gift a couple of these sets to your loved ones 🙂 I love each and every product I’ve featured in this post so I was very excited to share them with you all!
